Very versatile and lightening fast to prepare, our organic pork tenderloin goes from sear to savor in mere minutes—a speed-to-satisfaction quotient that’s hard to beat.
Cooking: Pre-heat oven to 350 °F and cook approximately 20 minutes per pound in shallow uncovered pan. Cook to 145°F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from heat and allow meat to rest for three minutes before carving or consuming.
